The processing of personal data provided by the Website’s Clients takes place on the basis of article 6 (1) (b) GDPR for purposes of providing services by Lingy Ltd via the www.globtra.com website, including for accounting purposes, contact with the Client and/or Translator, making settlements via the payment operator, and other activities related to the provision of services via the Website carried out in accordance with the granted by the client’s order.
The processing of personal data is also carried out on the basis of the consent expressed on the basis of article 6 (1) (a) GDPR for the processing of the Client’s personal data for marketing purposes (i.e. sending the newsletter).
Based on art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR Lingy Ltd processes personal data of the Client and the Translator in the form of profiling in order to best match their services to their preferences.
