How to have a project translated?

First, click “New Order” then fill in the intuitive form. Post the project and wait for quotes from our translators, then choose your translator and accept his or her offer. Lastly, receive your translation and rate the service!

How to hire a Translator?

First, go to “Find Translators” then fill in the filters and click search. Select the translator that matches your requirements, then review his/her profile. If you are happy with the selected translator then you can send them a message or place an order!

Is Globtra free?

Creating an account and using the website is free of charge. However, there are fees that apply for using some features. A detailed list of paid options along with prices can be found here.

Is my personal information safe?

We go to extreme lengths when it comes to trust. And that is why our Globtra community is so fantastic. We want to gain your trust because we really care about how your data is protected from the moment it enters our servers. We are aware of the responsibility we take upon ourselves and we are proud to say that with the help of our tools, we can give you a 100% guarantee of privacy and trust.

How do I change/reset my password?

First, log into your account, then click on your username on the top right and select “Manage account”. Select “Password” then type in your old password, new password, and confirm password then click “Set new password”.

Do I pay my service provider directly?

You do not pay the translators directly, your payment will be processed through Globtra and your translator will then receive the payment.

What are my payment options on Globtra?

We provide several payment methods - from PayPal to credit cards and wire transfers.

How do I download attachments and files?

The download should start automatically after clicking on the attachments and files that you want to download.

How does the Marketplace work?

First, post an order by clicking “New Order” then fill in the intuitive form. Post the project and wait for quotes from our translators, then choose your translator and accept his or her offer. Lastly, receive your translation and rate the service!

How to accept the quotation from a Translator on the Marketplace?

Click “my orders” on the top of the page, then select the order that you would like to accept the offers for. Review the translators and their bids then click on “Accept offer” for the best translator.

How does Jobs for translators work?

You will first have to switch to a translator’s account by clicking on your name on the top right corner, then select “Switch to Translator Account”. Then you can go onto the “Jobs for translators” session. Click on “Add a job offer” and fill in the job details then click “Go to payment”, finish the payment session and your job listing will be in the Jobs for translators” session. Lastly, wait for translators to apply for your job, review the translators and select the right translator for you!

How does the Benefit Center work?

As a seller:
You add your digital products such as e-books, courses and webinars that are available to translators to our Benefit Center and wait for our translators to place orders for your products, you then deliver the products and receive the payment every month.
As a buyer:
Select your desired product, place an order by clicking “Buy now”, the seller will be notified and deliver the product to you.

How to sell on Benefit Center?

First, click “Benefit Center”, then click “Add a product”, fill in the form and your product will be added to our Benefit Center.

How to switch to a translator’s account?

You can always switch between a translator and a client account by clicking on your name on the top right corner, then select “Switch to Translator Account”.

First log into your account, then click on your username on the top right and select “Manage Account”. Click “Timezone” and select your desired timezone.
