The processing of personal data provided by the Website's Clients takes place on the basis of article 6 (1) (b) GDPR for purposes of providing services by dogadamycie.pl Sp. z o.o. via the www.globtra.com website, including for accounting purposes, contact with the client, making settlements via the payment operator, and other activities related to the provision of services via the Website carried out in accordance with the granted by the client's order.
  5. The processing of personal data is also carried out on the basis of the consent expressed on the basis of article 6 (1) (a) GDPR for the processing of the Client's personal data for marketing purposes (i.e. sending the newsletter).
  6. Based on art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR dogadamycie.pl Sp. z o.o. processes personal data of the Tranlator and the Client in the form of profiling in order to best match their services to their preferences. dogadamycie.pl Sp. z o.o. does not take automated decisions against the client based on the profiling referred to in article 22 (1) and (4) GDPR.
  7. Recipients of personal data processed by dogadamycie.pl Sp. z o.o. are business partners of dogadamycie.pl Sp. z o.o., translators, accounting office, hosting company, and internet payment operators, to whom dogadamycie.pl Sp. z o.o. entrusts the processing of personal data of the Client.
  8. dogadamycie.pl Sp. z o.o. will store personal data of the Client who has not registered on the Website until the expiry of the limitation period for claims arising from the concluded contract or for the period required by separate provisions regarding tax and accounting obligations - depending on which period ends later, in the case of a registered client - until the Client wishes to delete the account on the Website, however, not shorter than until the expiration of the claims under the contract or for the period required by separate tax and accounting regulations - depending on which period it will end later. After this date, the Client's personal data will be processed by dogadamycie.pl Sp. z o.o. pursuant to article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, i.e. for purposes resulting from the legitimate interests of dogadamycie.pl Sp. z o.o. for the purpose of direct marketing.
  9. The client has the right to request from dogadamycie.pl Sp. z o.o. access to his personal data, rectification, erasure or limitation of processing, as well as the right to transfer data.

The client has the right to object at any time - for reasons related to his special situation - to the processing of his personal data based on article 6 (1) (e) or (f) GDPR including profiling based on these provisions. dogadamycie.pl Sp. z o.o. will no longer be able to process such personal data unless the controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
  11. If personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, the Client has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purposes of such marketing, including profiling, to the extent to which the processing is related to such direct marketing.

If the processing of personal data by dogadamycie.pl Sp. z o.o. is based on the consent given by the Client, referred to in article 6 (1) (a) GDPR, the Client has the right to withdraw their consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, which was made on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal.
  13. The client has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  14. Providing personal data by the Client is a contractual requirement and is voluntary, but necessary to provide services through the Website www.globtra.com. Failure to provide personal data results in the inability to provide services via the Website.
